Rules:

Kubera – The God of wealth is always located to the north side, therefore this room should be from the north. The door must be 2 sash, better if the door from the east or north. The window should be slightly higher than usual, in the east or in the north. The height should not be less than in other rooms. The shape is better square or rectangular. At the entrance, in front of the door there should be no photos, paintings, images. However, you can put it in the east or west (depending on the location of the door).
Safe deposit – To the northeast – leads to a loss of money, in the southwest – a loss for some time. But if the castle is directed to the south side – a misfortune can happen. if its locate on northwest part, money does not hold in the house. It is better to keep money in the northern part of the room in the main building (in the house itself), close to the south.
Favourable days for installing a safe: Monday, Wednesday, Thursday or Friday.
– Wall color – if possible yellow.
– There should be no cobwebs anywhere, it leads to poverty.
– Should not be so that the sun’s rays fall on it.
– Jewels are stored to the south and from this it can increase their numbers.
The main God of the north – Kubera and Mercury. Service – should be every Wednesday of the lunar month (in its 2 half), and every Thursday and Friday, then financial stability and well-being will come.
Storeroom – 
Must be in the northwest, in the house. It is better to locate the door not in the south-west, but in any other part. Both windows are on the east and west. The door is double. Height – as in other rooms (north-west corner – not higher than others). The colour of the walls – preferably white, blue or yellow. Bags full of grain or other supplies should be stored in the southwest corner, and those that are used daily – northwest. In the north-eastern partthere should be a vessel with water, it is necessary to ensure that it is always full. South corner is suitable for Oil, kerosine. The south-east corner is good for Milk, cheese and other daily products. You can not sleep in the storeroom a day or night, because at this time the mind is occupied by extraneous thoughts. 
Basements and cellars – Located in the north or east. Sometimes, it is impossible to choose right locations, then you can turn it into store but never used as an office. Here Sun rays do not enter so better it should be a storage not for active life. It is better to paint it but avoid white and blue colours.  Garages and garbage cans and sewage tanks are better located in the north-west zone. Its should not touch the walls enclosing the territory or the foundation of the house. Garage can still be built in the south-east, but not in the south-west. It should not be adjacent to the main building.
